TERMS & CONDITIONS – RETURN POLICY

The complete monetary transactions carried on by the users are done by the payment gateway partner on behalf of www.jovoedu.com, and we do not stand under any obligation of any kind of payment discrepancies. We possess the complete authority to consider and review the refund case if the amount paid is found to be in excess to the applications applied to. We have the full right to review the college preferences as filled by the user if there is any excess or shortfall of payment done. To furnish any information provided or to track the payment status of your application, the users are required to note their Transaction ID and receipt no. as provided by the payment gateway at the time of payment. In an instance of any pending amount to be paid by the user, it is required to be paid before the deadline for the application to the college has been reached. If the payment is made after the deadline, it may lead to the non-acceptance of the application and may not be considered as a valid entry by the college. JOVO Education cannot be held liable for the same or any similar instance and no refund is entertained or initiated in such cases.
